“This is the worst bank branch I have ever set foot in. You never know who people are... I waited 45 minutes for a banker and no one, no one even greeted me. Another woman walked in right behind me and one of the bankers took care of her right away, although I had been standing there. I waited another 45 minutes and got no help. I took my business to the Garners Ferry branch where I was helped as soon as I walked in. Assembly street.... get some new reps, and have better customer service, and I work in customer service!”

“This is by far the worst Wells Fargo I have visited. I’m a business owner and unfortunately have to frequent this location regularly for change and check deposits. Everytime I come in, there is a line a mile long and I spend 30-60 minutes waiting for basic banking services. They also have shut down their drive through. I’m standing in line currently, wasting my valuable time, writing this review. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over a decade for multiple companies. Every visit, I sit here wondering why I give this company my business when they clearly don’t care to provide any level of customer service, and weigh the other better options. They obviously place profit above customer service to the detriment of the very people that keep them in business. If it weren’t for other, better run Wells Fargo locations, my banking needs would be fulfilled elsewhere.”

“Worst to worst bank ever I came today to cash a check and the rude lady, she said the bank isn’t to ready to cash the check it ll take an hour to cash a check so I have to wait, I have heard first time this bullshit nonsense for to cash check for an hour…. No doubt the review is 2.7 I wouldn’t even wait my time to give on point too to this bank and then trump will say to everyone work but here people don’t want to work”

“This is the WORST bank I know of. They always have one teller working and the line is VERY long. But they always have 3 guys at their desks talking and playing on their phones. It's really ridiculous for a bank as big as Wells Fargo”
